The most common approach to an office move is for customers to retain one or more of our secure shredding containers. Folks can deposit confidential information into the locked containers throughout their cleanout process, eliminating any pressure associated with timing of the move, etc. In a nutshell, it works like this:
Shred Ace delivers our locked 96 gallon shredding containers to your facility. We provide a key as well, allowing you to open the top for more efficient loading.
You keep the containers for as long as you need. The containers are easy to move around, enabling you to bring them right to a filing cabinet, from office to office, or wherever you may have sensitive documents.
Once the containers are full, just give us a call and we will come shred the materials on our truck, at your location. If you need to keep the containers and fill them again, no problem, you are free to repeat the cycle as many times as needed throughout your move.
If at any given time you have more material to shred than your containers will hold, just let us know and our technicians will keep shredding until everything is completed.
Need a final pickup on moving day? Our fleet of trucks is always nearby so just let us know and we will schedule an appointment.
Whenever the final pickup is needed, our technicians will arrive to shred as always and then remove the containers once shredding is completed.
